The Only App You'll Need to Help Make Every Minute Count

At the Human Performance Institute, we spend a lot of time thinking about time. How do people use it? How do we get the most out of it? How do we share it with others? How do moments and days add up to make a fulfilling, meaningful, and productive life?

There are many dimensions of this to explore. One in particular is energy. Spending meaningful time requires energy. Our colleague here at Human Performance Institute, Chris Jordan, Director of Exercise Physiology, designed the 7 Minute Workout to help people use their time in an efficient way to get the most out of their energy...and even create more energy to do what matters most to them. The workout is simple but rigorous. It combines high-intensity aerobic and resistance training using only body weight and limited rest, which is scientifically proven to provide similar or better results than traditional programs in much less time.

The Human Performance Institute is a Division of Wellness & Prevention, Inc., which is a Johnson & Johnson company and we couldn't be more pleased to announce that The Johnson & Johnson Official 7 Minute Workout App is now available.

The app contains 36 body resistance exercises with a dozen different workouts for multiple fitness levels with more than 1,000 different variations…and all that’s needed is a chair, a wall, and your own body weight. Video of Chris along with his audio cues take you through each move step-by-step, ensuring you maintain proper form and get the most out of the workout.

There is also a feature called Smart Workout, which utilizes user feedback to help tailor an appropriate starting workout for your fitness level and provides a varied workout program with increasing intensity as needed. It truly feels like having your own personal trainer.
