Johnson and Johnson Official 7 Minute Workout App Now Available on Apple Watch

Johnson & Johnson Health and Wellness Solutions, Inc. announced the launch of the Johnson & Johnson Official 7 Minute Workout App for Apple Watch. The original Johnson & Johnson Official 7 Minute Workout app has been downloaded more than 1.3 million times since its launch in January 2014, and is the number one fitness app in more than 50 countries. The app for Apple Watch contains exclusive features for users to personalize and customize each workout, track and share progress, and integrate their iTunes library with a simple swipe, tap, or touch of Apple’s latest device. Chris Jordan, Director of Exercise Physiology at the Johnson & Johnson Human Performance Institute, developed the 7 Minute Workout, a high-intensity aerobic and resistance training routine using only body weight and limited rest. The app for Apple Watch includes pictorial demonstrations by Jordan for each exercise, more than 1,000 routines, and a new motivator that rewards users with sharable “badges” each time they reach a fitness goal.
